and horizontal.
It is largely applied to the industrial fields of precision plants such as electronics, semiconductor,
pharmaceulics, and food, etc.
Shut off the stop valves of P-P
Clear completely the dirts in the pipe by opening the stop valve on the bypass valve.
Remove the cap fo pressure reducing valve in the state of shutting off the stop valve of bypass pipe,
and check if the adjusting screw has the spring load.
Start to open slowly the stop valve of P, and have the stop valve of P opened a little for the slight
flowing of the fluid for any time of pressure adjustment on P
Turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise, watching the pressure gauge, until the set pressure is
reached. If the adjusting screw is turned counterclockwise, the pressure on the 2nd valve increase,
and clockwise, the pressure decreases.
If the desired pressure is reached, fasten hard the closing nut of the adjusting screw so that the load
of the spring isn't changed, and then put a cap on it.
Take off the cap on the lower part and adjust the fluid rate that is needed.
Turning it clockwise makes the fluid rate increase and counterclockwise, it decreases.
